After graduating from Macquarie University with a degree in Psychology, Matt was recruited by IBM at the university onsite interviews. Matt has enjoyed a successful sales career for over 36 years, at IBM, Telstra and four start-ups.
Matt has achieved IECL Level 1 coaching accreditation and is currently completing a Diploma in Counselling. He is also a qualified Certificate IV Training and Assessment trainer.
